Refund Policy

The Business Broker workshops & events provides an overview of business related events held throughout Stoke-on-Trent.

It includes details of events from a wide range of service providers; the refund and cancellation policy is at the discretion of the service provider and may differ depending on the event. The cancellation details are contained within the individual event listing.

If you have booked an event through the system and would like to cancel your booking and receive a refund please contact the Broker team on 01782 213929 and have your booking reference number ready. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the event no refund is guarenteed. Events without cost can be cancelled at any time by contacting us and quoting your booking reference.

If the event was not booked through the Business Brokers please contact the relevant service provider.
